Camp Bentley is located on Lake Bentley near Drake, ND.
We are a Christian camp affiliated with
American Baptist Churches of the Dakotas.
The camp's mission and ministries are based on the foundation of the Word of God and the example set forth by Jesus Christ.
Camp Bentley offers summer camps for all age groups, for the purposes of knowing Christ, growing in Christ, fellowship with friends, and lots of fun!
Camp Bentley was founded in 1947. Rev. A.W. Bibelheimer approached Mrs. Anna Bentley, who owned the land surrounding the lake. After much persistence, Mrs. Bentley agreed to a 99 year lease for the land with the motivation of hearing young people sing, "Living for Jesus", from her home across the lake.
We are thankful to the early visionaries who began the legacy of Camp Bentley as a place where youth, adults and families can come to learn more about Jesus and fellowship together.
